C5 Developer Needed for Site Project and On-going Work.

We need a C5 development specialist to create a C5 site from an existing design. The site is for a yoga studio. Along with 4-5 basic pages, the site includes Teacher profiles, blog posts and an event calendar. These three types of content are relational. Profiles will include the blog posts and events related to that teacher.
The site must be responsive to screen sizes-1280x900, 1024x768, 960x640. It will be the dev's job to identify the design adjustments needed at each screen size break.
Requirements:
Concrete 5 development expertise
Front-end coding skills-HTML/CSS
Back-end skills-MySQL, DNS, Hosting setup
Interactive skills-PHP, JQuery, Javascript, Responsive Design
Timeline:
Start - within 4 weeks
Complete - within 4 weeks
On-going:
It's our goal to hire a developer we can create an on-going relationship with. There is opportunity to be involved with maintenance on this site and others.
