You may want to try getting in touch with with a developer of one of the ecommerce payment gateway addons and see if they can help - maybe they could add it to the marketplace, as well.

Yes thanks for your reply, but I was just throwing it out there to see if there are any others that are interested, available shortly and most importantly "able" to create this.

Perhaps I'm blind but I can't find a documented API for 3rd party developers to be able to build such a gateway. Perhaps you need to contact Streamline to find out if it's even possible to build one at this point.

Streamline uses 'Worldplay' for online purchasing, so a 'Worldpay' payment gateway is probably needed.
