C5 expert needed to update 5.6.3 site to 5.7.x

Seeking a US company (preferably West coast) to migrate our site (www.joescan.com) to the newest version of Concrete 5. We're still on version 5.6.3.3. From what I understand, the update to 5.7.0.x is a manual process. Please provide a quote and general turnaround time with your response. Thank you.
