C5 help needed on Sue theme

Hi,
I have recently bought the Sue theme and am having trouble setting it up correctly and can not get hold of the developer. Is anyone available to help with this? Am willing to pay for services, just need it set up this week.

What is the problem exactly?

The problem is fixed, custom template was not set up on the menu
for others having this problem go to your page, edit mode, left click on the menu block , custom template, select a menu template
to do this for all pages do the above in dashboard/default pages
