Cannot Edit Page Type Defaults After Upgrade

After we upgraded from version 5 to version 6 Concrete, we have not been able to edit page type defaults. When I click the Edit button - nothing happens, no blocks show up or anything. It won't let me edit. I attached a screen shot, though I suppose it doesn't show you much, except that this is all I get even after clicking Edit. (I can still edit my other pages, just not Page Type Defaults).

At this point, I'd rather pay someone to fix this for me.

Please let me know if you're fairly confident you know what the problem is and what you would charge.

Thanks!
Amanda

ETA: It works fine on a local build... so maybe it's server related?

"The 'superadmin' is the only use who is able to edit Page Type Defaults." I had been logging in with an Admin account after the upgrade, but not the Super Admin account... Good to know.

Thank you Michael Hawke! I think that solves that.
