Can't Access My Website or Log-In as an Administrator after Concrete 5 Update and Reload of a Backup

Everytime I type in my website address or click on the admin log-in url, I receive an error code, which I'll provide below. I had saved and downloaded two separate back-ups of my website through the Concrete 5 security area, one I believe (if not both) were after I updated my system to the current Concrete 5. When I accidentally deleted an entire page that I couldn't recover, I went back to the security area on my website's Concrete 5 area and clicked on the 'upload" button to my first backup in order to recover my missing page. I then received a message asking if I was sure, and I clicked on "Yes." Then an error popped up and that is all I ever get now and have no access to my website or administration of it. Thanks for anything that you can help me with here! If anyone knows a direct phone number to contact Concrete 5 for tech support, that would be greatly helpful as well. Here's the error:

An unexpected error occurred.

This is caused by the db and c5 versions not in sync. Can't remember if this is due to code being older or vice versa though.

If its the db being older, you can run the update tool. If its the code being older, you need to replace the code.

It's possible you have both versions of the code there, with the newer version in the updates directory, and that the config.php setting to point to the newer one got wiped out.

Best,
