Can't get to dashboard

Each time I try to access my Dashboard, I receive the following message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method ConcreteDashboardHelper::getDashboardBackgroundImage() in /home2/whiteou2/public_html/indivoters/concrete/themes/dashboard/elements/header.php on line 67

I saw other threads where people had similar problems, but they were old and there were no suggestions. I'm running the previous version of C5 (not the latest one) and I've tried Firefox and Chrome.

Any suggestions?

I can't tell you why you are getting the error, but one way to perhaps get around it and reach your dashboard is to turn the background image off.

To do this you need to edit '/public_html/indivoters/config/site.php' and add the following line:
define('WHITE_LABEL_DASHBOARD_BACKGROUND_SRC', 'none');

Thanks. I tried adding it in, but it didn't work. I'm not a webmaster, so maybe I put it in the wrong place. I tried it in a couple different spots, but nothing had any effect.

I got lucky. I was still running 5.4... So, I upgraded to 5.5.1. For some reason, it worked. I now have a Dashboard, although it's one I've never seen before. But I'll take it. Thanks for giving it some thought for me. I appreciate it.
