Cant log on to any concrete 5 sites

For some reason I cannot log onto any of my sites.
/dashboard,/login & /admin will not work. Is anyone else having the same issues?

Try /index.php/login

Are you on GoDaddy?

Verify your PASSWORD_SALT, or / and try to reset password
