when i go to my login page i get the following message - "

What can i do to fix this
I might be stating the obvious but did you make sure your browser is not set to block all cookies?
Looks to me like your Cookie Disclosure Addon isn't installed correctly.

Try it in a few different browsers first and as mnakalay says check your cookie settings in your browser. If this fails to resolve the problem then you might need some help.
