Hi, I'm developing a site that needs a simple "craigslist-type" classified ads page. It is an added feature to a site for a co-op building, so not for huge amounts of people to post. Don't understand why there is no such addon in the marketplace (as people have been asking for a few years now) so need something developed. I've considered the Forum or blog addon but needs to have each topic auto-close as there will be no comments. It will require a member logging in but adding info and an image in the front-end, not logging into the dashboard. I am using the SLATE theme.

Please provide a ballpark cost estimate and timeframe needed.
