Code clean up and single themed page added

Greetings Concrete5 Geniuses!
We have just taken possession of our new site from a company that, well, had a little trouble getting things done. Our site is built on the Concrete5 platform, so I figured this would be a great place to find help. We need to hire someone to review our site and ensure that it is compatible with all the currently used browsers (some of our clients are still on IE6...yes, I know). Additionally, we need to have someone create a new linked page. Our site is a single page that utilizes parallax scrolling, and we need to allow our clients to click a link from that page and have it open another page that contains text, pictures, video, or a combination of the 3 (a cool transition would be nice too!). This page, of course, needs to be editable from the Concrete5 backend. It also needs to incorporate the design elements from the rest of the site, obviously. We would like to pay hourly or for the project as a whole. If hourly, we would require an upfront estimation of hours to complete the project. Looking forward to hearing from you.
