Hello!

I've been trying to put together a website, and I've been beat.

The website is for a rowing club for youths, and it needs login types for admins (with dashboard access), parents, and students. Optimally, each parent would be able to link to their children's student account (with some sort of verification handshake); but the most important part is that each parent needs to be able to register their children for classes -- which entails submitting a PayPal payment towards either an existing student account, or make a new one during payment process.

I would love to have some help with this.
