I am looking for Concrete 5 expert (preferrably in the US) that has a rock solid understanding of how Concrete 5 works (front and back End), as well as creative and intuitive mind to design a front end that retains audience, provide social interaction between the community members.

The software is already installed and ready to be customized.

The budget for this project is not decided yet.
