Concret-ize my HTML/CSS site

I am building a site using AP divs, and I would like to "concrete-ize" it to allow my client to update certain areas with new content. There are (4) page layouts, and two of them have areas that need to be simple image rotators. On one page it is a row of (3) image rotator areas and on another page it is a column of (3) image rotator areas.
