Concrete 5 Site upgrade

We currently have a business website built in Concrete 5 (url: marketing-4-results.co.uk)...our incumbant hosting provider is telling us that the site is not compatible with their server anymore...I understand that this is because the version of the software the website is running on is not compatible with supported versions of PHP.
At this stage we are trying to obtain Cpanel or Plesk access to the files and the Database.
Requirement: if we can obtain the above: quotations in £'s to upgrade the site to a newer version of concrete5 supporting PHP. (our preference is to work with a UK based company)
