I'm building a Concrete website and need help setting it up. See the attached design.

- The site will have a blog (Labelled "CURRENT CONCERNS" on the attached design)

- The site will have an events feed of some kind (Labelled "COMING EVENTS" on the attached design).

- I will supply the PSD or the HTML+CSS+images. Please make a bid for both scenarios.

- I will supply all written content and images.
