I'm looking for a skilled C5 developer & designer to build a complete membership site and design a custom theme for it. Some of the functionality below already exists as add-ons, other might need customized development.

Site requirements:

Core:
- A specialized page type for the content.
- Restricted access to some of the pages.
- Subscriptions with recurring payments.
- Hub pages that present the content based on tags, random, popular


Bookmarks:
- Ability to flag content under different categories (e.g. favorites, wishlist, owned)
- When watching content, indicate if it's already flagged
- When watching content, link to all users who have flagged it
- On user profile, view all flagged content according to category


Mini-blogs:
- Facebook-like "wall" mini posts


Karma:
- Badges for different levels of flagging (e.g. over 100 favorite flags)
- Badges for posting on walls
- Watch badges on user profile and on other users


Users:

- Ability to watch other user profiles (only flagged content and badges)
- Ability to define user profile as private (others cannot view flagged content)
- Private messages (requires opt-in by receiving user)


Email notifications:
- Notify users when new content of certain type is added
- Users can choose to receive or not such notifications
