We are getting the Concrete5 Page not found error, can anyone help, please?

What did you do before the error occurred? Did you update anything, or change anything?

We had a root attack on the server so it needed to be erased and the os reinstalled. Backups were taken, and it was restored as before, only it won't function at all, now.
