Contact Form Not Working

Users can fill out the form but when they submit it will reload and no message saying it was sent happens nor does the message send. Any recent issues with any others?

Helpful if you post concrete5 version, and what your log files are telling you.

Version 63. The log is displaying all of the other form submits going through, the homepage one is not.

Have you tried recreating it? Completely delete this one and recreate it? Or copy and paste it from another area for one that works?
