I am in dire need of someone to complete a 2 form solution for ASAP. The project is already behind and needs to be completed. Here is the scenario....
Homepage has a quote form (external form) with 3 SELECT inputs that are populated from a secondary DB and table. This is mostly complete except for a couple things.

Upon selecting STATE, MANUFACTURER and MODEL, they click "Add Device to Quote". On screen next to the form, it then shows them different prices that are associated to the manufacturer/model selected. They do need the ability to add multiple devices if they wish. If they like the quote, they will click on "Enroll Now" which is on another page. The values they selected need to carry over and pre-populate in the Enroll form (currently a Formify form).

The enroll form will also need to have some SELECT inputs populated from the secondary DB. Upon completion of the form, they hit "Enroll Now". This would ultimately show results in the Dashboard, as well as POST back to the secondary DB.
