We currently havehttp://kristinit.com built in latest concrete5 using a customized Blank 960 Grid System Theme. Our site theme is not responsive and we'd like to make it so.

The design of the theme is very clean with almost no graphics anywhere so visitors will focus only on the content.

We would like to get some quotes for someone to re-create our design in a RESPONSIVE starter theme, like Bootstrap or Foundation, and fully supporting eCommerce from the get go. I've read different ideas on which is best (Boostrap or Foundation), so please include your own preference as to which you would use.
