Hi I found this HTML page template and would love to have something like this converted into a Concrete 5 theme

If you haven't already sorted this my company are great with this type of template. A couple of examples of our Concrete5 work includehttp://www.adzoo.com.au andhttp://www.potashmin.com.au/ - whilst both these sites have a preloader your template would not (they are just very image heavy sites).
