Custom theme

Wondering if anyone out there could convert a current websites theme into a C5 theme for me, and if so what an indicative price would be? (Ball park figure is fine)
Would need to be responsive.

It is something I've been gearing up to do. I suspect more experienced folks will chime in but if not let me know.
