Custom website search - UK

I am looking for a developer willing to quote for the programming of a custom search Add-on for my client on their new website.
The website will use the latest version of Concrete5 on a virtual dedicated server with all the requisite performance and specifications.
The client wishes visitors to be able to search their website's home page for any bird species, the result being a page list with page thumbnail location(s) and link. Also like a second search simply by location name.
Each location will be a concrete page containing a custom block with a list of species there, the name of the location, and a google map location. Initially up to 200 locations will have bird lists etc.
Ideally the species search box should auto-complete as the name is entered. The species names will be in English and Latin and are supplied as a MS Excel document (which needs to be re-imported once a year) - see file attached.
Searchable locations will be added on a page by page basis. Probable fields include postal address and some Google friendly co-ordinates.
The species search and location searches are two separate entities.
Timescale - two months. Payment in stages; one third at start of job, one third upon demonstration of working searches and final third upon full operation on website.
I want to be able to use this custom add-on for this and up to four other sites. You can re-use your code as you will, but not to re-sell the add-on to others, in whatever form for three years.
