Customizable Hebrew Calendar

I am building a website that requires a Hebrew calendar (not a Gregorian calendar with Hebrew holidays). The calendar must be customizable so I can add and delete repeating events easily (including annual events). I would also like the option to link the days in the calendar to different web pages.
