We are developing a customized C5 solution that will be given to community non-profits who want to do the same thing we're doing. We personally won't be making any money off this project, but we have some budget to pay you. We need some help from a front-end developer to code a custom theme and navigation that can be packaged with other C5 customization we're doing.

There is already a theme in the marketplace that we like, but unfortunately we can't tweak and distribute that for free in our custom C5 package. However, the package we like is based on Bootstrap (which is Open Source). So we're thinking there might be a time-effective to simply create our own flavor from the Bootstrap or some similar HTML5/CSS3 theme w/fallbacks, Concretize it, and somehow include "our content" on install (instead of the C5 demo content that gets installed).

Ideally, we're looking for someone in our region (Oregon). We imagine working with this person on future projects, and would like to develop a working relationship with him/her beyond this initial project.

Our budget isn't huge, but we might have just enough to help us get the essentials done. Message me if you'd like to discuss the particulars about timeline, budget, etc.
