Hi, we are small nonprofit university looking for a local (Los Angeles, CA) Concrete5 web developer to help optimize our current website. Check out the current website: http://www.ciam.edu

Here are some details about the site:
- The website uses a custom built theme, single theme for both desktop and mobile
- Currently running 8.1.0
- Hosted on Godaddy (Prime Business Hosting, dedicated resources)

Here are some of the things we need for this optimization project:
- Reduce load time to under 5 seconds (best if we can get it under 3)
- Optimize for mobile users, redisign theme if needed
- Persistant & sticky Call To Action (CTA), "Request for More Info" on both desktop and mobile
- Abandon recovery popup (exit intent)
- A better, more advanced form block: autoreply email, submission management, flexible form layout. Here's an example of a form I would like to be able to create:
