In the very near future, I am going to be offering billiard training videos from one of my websites. I need something Pay-Per-View like, that will let me rent the videos to my viewers for time periods of 1-10 days after which their ability to access the video will expire. I need to be able to use PayPal to accept the rentals and Promotional codes for deals to select groups that offer special rates or extended viewing time periods. I do not want the viewers to be able to download the footage, burn it to disc or copy it from our site. I understand there will be ways for them to 'cheat' but I want to keep it to a minimum.
I have browsed through the Add-On Marketplace and only found one service but it lets them download the videos. Is there something out there right now that I could use? If not, would someone consider building the tool for Concrete5? I am not sure how this works but I would be willing to let who ever develops it, have the concept to sell through the Concrete5 Marketplace in exchange for construction. I just need it for my one site and then it is yours...
