Ecommerce: Add "free" item to cart and notification when cart reaches $50

We have a basic site with the Core Commerce (Ecommerce) add-on.

Requirements: When the cart reaches $50, we need a "bonus item" added to the cart. Additionally, the customer must be notified that this item was added.

This must be done by Thursday 12/2/2014.

$500 via PayPal.
