are there and developers who can program some e-comm customizations?

I'm looking to add a set up fee to a a product option.

Currently I can add a "per piece" price but in my industry there is always a set up charge for add ons.

We sell promotional products. (logo swag). So say you want a ceramic coffee cup, it comes with a one color imprint included in price. Add a second color to the logo and its $50 PLUS $0.20 run charge per unit. I can add the run charge but not the set up fee associated with it. I really need this feature badly AND it will be very relevant to our 3 billion dollar a year industry in the US. Anyone out there who can code this for me?

All of the options on this product have a set up fee that I can't add. And its hard to build into price (tiered pricing) as our offline pricing will differ from online pricing (we sell both ways)
