I have an established site running c5 with the eCommerce add-on. I've had a small amount of customization done already though there are numerous outstanding issues.

I would like to be able to edit orders after they have been placed ie. fix address details, adjust product quantities etc.
We want to move the site from a shared server in Germany to a dedicated server in the US.
Customers receive an email once an order is placed. Many have requested a follow up email once the order has been changed to "Shipped".

We see this as an ongoing relationship with site backups and any future refinements.
