Email notification of form submissions stopped working

Since the middle of August, I have not received email alerts when forms are submitted via my website. The Reports Log tells me that emails have been sent to the correct address. I've checked Spam and Clutter folders, but nothing is arriving. I've tried adding a new form to the site and sending alerts to different email addresses, but nothing seems to escape from Concrete5. Any clues?
Do emails work if you request a new password from the login page?
Recently one of my client have faced the same kinda issue. It was well working before but suddenly it doesn't send any email. After investigating a lot, I found that its the server issue. They had updated something on their end & that caused the issue. I'd suggest you to contact the server support for that.
But before contacting them, just try to check whether a simple email script sends email to that address. If not, then contact them.

Thanks ronyDdeveloper. That's exactly it. I contact server support, and they knew straight away they'd done something over the summer. All working fine now!
