Error in edit mode (see attached)

When in edit mode, my client finds this error when changing the properties or tags. There working on a PC and on my mac.
Waiting for versions on browsers from client but here's the error message. After this the browser just freezes.
Me and my colleage can't reproduce this error, so, not a clue!
Anybody a sollution?
