Experienced C5 Developer required for integration of existing front end file upload to server

Hello,
I have a custom package that contains a range of single pages I have created. On one of the single pages I would like to allow the user to upload files to the server. The files do not need to be stored in the file manager as such. I have located this script as the best to use:http://blueimp.github.io/jQuery-File-Upload/.... please review the link and let me know if this would be of interest.
