Extend Real-Estate Add-On Functionality

I am looking for someone to make some minor modifications to the real-estate add-on. I need a developer to create a new attribute that I can modify within the page structure and modify the view.php to accept this new variable.
Here is how it should work:
When you search for a property a list of available units come up. When you click on one of the items in the list the detail page is displayed for that property. I want to make an adjustment so that the detail page links to a url, a micro-site for that property on a sub domain to be specific, rather than going to the property detail page.

If you're using one of the add ons from the marketplace you might want to try the developer first. They usually have a good idea of how to get started on modifying their own creations.
I hope you got this worked out. It shouldn't be too hard, I did something similar to the page list block for a portfolio. I added an attribute called 'custom_url'. I am not a programmer though but can work out minor tweaks and changes.
