Fatal Error now showing up when I get into my C5 Admin
Permalink
I was updating my version of C5 for my site and all of a sudden this showed up:
Warning: require_once(/home/davcwebb/everol.com/updates/concrete5.4.2.2/concrete/config/../libraries/loader.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/davcwebb/everol.com/updates/concrete5.4.2.2/concrete/config/base.php on line 496
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/davcwebb/everol.com/updates/concrete5.4.2.2/concrete/config/../libraries/loader.php' (include_path='/home/davcwebb/everol.com/libraries/3rdparty:/home/davcwebb/everol.com/updates/concrete5.4.2.2/concrete/config/../libraries/3rdparty:.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/php5/lib/pear') in /home/davcwebb/everol.com/updates/concrete5.4.2.2/concrete/config/base.php on line 496
This is all I get now when trying to edit my site in Concrete 5. I'm locked out now. Please tell what I do from here... be kind, I'm not a professional web designer. ;-)

I assume "everol.com" is your domain?
Whe I try to view
everol.com
I get a warning off Google ("Reported Attack Page!") telling me your website has malicious code on it.
Therefore I do not think it is a C5 issue. I think your website has been hacked. If it is on shared hosting (£30 or thereabouts per year), it could be another website has been hacked and it is your IP address that is blocked.
In the first instance, take back ups via FTP of your website and MySQL database (You will need to log into your website contorl panel to do this).
Then you will need to tell your web host.
If the above is beyond you I can help you with this. Let me know,.
Edwin.
