Files do not upload to the file manager

We already uploaded hounders of files to this website using file manager. All from a sudden it stop uploading files. After upload is done upload window does not show image of the file. it shows JPEG as type, there is nothing in the title, and size is 0kb. It also records added and active dates and time.

Can anyone please assist with this ASAP

Have you checked if your server has enough disk space left? Have you checked the permissions of the files directory? Try to upload a file via the incoming directory. Any changes?
