Finding general troubleshooting help (ongoing)

We are starting a small media design business and are looking for support (with Concrete 5) when we run into trouble ourselves and need help beyond our skills.
Main needs are pesky bugs and theme customization.
What's the best way to find someone that can provide support on an as-needed basis. There would be opportunities for larger projects sometimes but mostly just troubleshooting when needed.
