Fixing dashboard / Uprgrading Concrete5 website
Permalink 1 user found helpful
Hello,
I have a concrete5 website here:
http://maryavidano.com/
The site works fine. Something went terribly wrong when I attempted to upgrade to 5.6.1 from 5.4.2. - I cannot access my dashboard.
I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method ConcreteDashboardHelper::getDashboardBackgroundImage() in /home2/avidanon/public_html/maryavidano/concrete/themes/dashboard/elements/header.php on line 67
My attempts at resolving the issue are only making things worse. I would love to a c5 developer to look at the set up and help me resolve the issue.
Please respond with an estimate, if interested in helping.
Thanks,
Carl

Thank you for your reply.
I must not have. I am stuck here. I just need it resolved and am willing to pay a developer to help me.

It could often be an override - I would guess that there's something in the outer directories that is breaking it somewhere.
Upgrading note: You need to be running version 5.4.2.2 to upgrade to 5.5.0.
