Help needed to add a page to an existing site.

Hello,
I need help to add a new page to an existing Concrete5 website.http://www.cadogans.com/
With the support of the theme developer I have tried to create a new single column page (http://www.cadogans.com/expert ) but ran into problems as described on this forum post;http://www.concrete5.org/index.php?cID=457322...
I need to create a new page for the site based on the existing layout and style which will contain an iFrame or Dynamic iFrame (see attached for how this should look). The iFrame will contain a Wordpress staff directory that I am currently working on;http://www.cadogans.com/expert-wp/expert... . We may also require a simple text block above the iFrame.
The page should be invisible until development is complete and approved and then it will replace the existing "Our People" page and all the sub-pages below.
If anyone is interested in this job please let me know and how much it will cost along with some links to relevant experience.
