This is probably an easy fix/template for an experienced developer/programmer.

I am using the "Elemental" theme to create a website for a client in C5 5.7.3.1-
It would be really great if I could find someone to help me out with the Nav - I need a "tap" drop-down mobile nav for tablets.

Apparently, the problem is that tablets don't support "hover", and that's all (surprisingly) this theme offers.

I also need help on sorting out the header LESS/CSS so that it all lines up nicely on a Tablet in portrait view. (specifically the iPad)
