Immediate start creating a single page Concrete5 template from existing page

Need a "main" area that can be edited (below break crumb / above footer).
H1 = 248 Superstock
H2 = Saturday Stream
Paragraph = as per site.
Theme file will need to include javascript/CSS/Images so that it works independently of the main site
We already committed an hour to this in-house today but ran into an issue where the javascript on the page we're pulling this from conflicts with the C5 toolbar.

I need an urgent turn-around on completing this. PM me a price & estimation on when you can complete this?
