We’re looking for folks who have expert knowledge in all phases of Concrete5 to work with our firm long term as we are hired to build websites. We will create the designs, we need you to develop a website that will meet the needs of our clients. We need developers that can be flexible and willing to make changes as necessary. We also need developers that are reliable, do consistent, quality work, and are excellent at communicating with our team through every step of the project. We strive to provide honest, direct feedback to our client, but will need the same from you to make that happen.

If you are interested in speaking with us, please PM your resume, along with a few examples of websites you have recently worked on. We’re not looking for design, just well built websites with various types of functionality.

Please let us know if you prefer to work on an hourly basis, and what you normally charge per hour, or if you prefer to quote based on the specifics of the project.

We also need to know your availability. Would you be available to start on a new project at a given notice? We realize you might be working on projects now, so we’d like to know when you might be available. We’re hoping to find developers that work during the day so we will not have issues getting in touch with each other.

We will ask you to sign an NDA, and once the signed NDA is returned, we will give you access to a few websites we are currently working on and ask you to quote on some upcoming changes. We would like the quote to include the various steps required, and timeframes for each step. We will work together to prepare a timeline for our client that is agreeable to everyone involved.
