Looking for a senior programmer to check site for errors and make it work better.

Hello Geniuses,
Me and my successful Doctor client have a very strong relationship. I have designed him a site that he loves, but now that we have monetized it by selling his weekly radio archives, we have been discovering many inconsistencies in our user's experiences.
I need help getting things smoothed out. I need someone who truly knows C5 and programming to take a look into our site and check the different add-on configurations, etc. to see where we can clean up code and such to make our site have a more consistent experience whether using a mac, windows, or all the different browsers.
We are getting errors from some people who cannot even login to the site (we've proven this is a real problem, not only user error).
Overall I am a designer, not really a programmer, and I'm good at making things look like he wants them. I'm fairly handy at taking other people's code and tweaking it to fit my needs, but we are thinking that could be where more of the inconsistencies have come in - I don't always know what I am doing.
We are wanting to hire someone who can come on board with us and help make our site the absolute best it can be.
Please contact me with your references and how much your rate is for this type of work.
Thank you,
Kari Skinner
