Looking for bespoke Product attribute rework on Core e-commerce module

I need help specifically working with e-commerce module to work with some specific product sets.
I have a live site in dev for a customer and have e-commerce package installed and working. The site is for a digital printing company who simply want customers to select the type of print required, select quantities, make an order, which then goes to Paypal, link up in place. When the order is paid at paypal, it fires you back to the page where you can upload your print file, again all working and currently in place.
The uploaded file triggers an email to the ( our client ) a printer, that an order has been placed and the file is in the back end to pick up and print.
As I say, this has all been done and is working nicely.
But the client wants a very specific tailoring to the Product Atttributes of e-commerce package which we are finding ‘challenging’, mainly because the package it set up for single items with perhaps simple options on purchasing.
We need the following: (see screen caps)
When the customer selects Standard Posters, they get a page which has one drop down with 6 choices in sizes they can print.

A3
A2
A1
A0
Custom Size
The screen (a_size_dropdown.jpg) shows that selecting A1 size in the dropdown, then calculates the width and the height in mm and inches and displays that in the four boxes below. This feature will also calculate a custom size (last option on dropdown) in mm and inches. All A sizes and Custom Sizes also have different price breaks also depending on quantity for example:
A4
1-5 £3.50
6-10 £3.25
11-25 £3.00
26-50 £2.75
51+ £2.50
As you can see from the screen shots, we also need the unit cost displayed when quantity typed in, plus the total excluding VAT and including VAT.
This pricing structure will be different across each other category A size and custom sizes as there will be other options of Posters such as Budget and Premium again with all details changing.
We would prefer to have the e-commerce module tailored to allow the above to be set up so we can duplicate sets for the other products and adjust the pricing accordingly. So we are looking for someone who can set this all up in the back end and we can use that template to duplicate across the whole site.
Someone with PHP and e-commerce module expertise would be perfect and we are looking to turn this around quickly.
