Looking for Concrete5 Developer to convert a few simple 1 page websites to Concrete5

Hello,
I provide marketing sites for our members. I want to convert 4-5 very simple 1 page basic html sites into Concrete5 so I can offer "Custom Starter Sites" for our members so they can add their own text, pictures and use their own domain name.
On a side note (not required for this), it would be great to be able to integrate these new Concrete5 websites with our WHMCS billing system so we can easily take signups for our hosting package.
But the main thing is to find out what it would cost to convert these sites. I would also like to know how it's done in the process so I can make edits to the template of the site later on.
I am assuming that anyone with Concrete5 experience could easily take these existing sites and quickly convert them. There are only a few pictures with text and a contact form. It's that easy!
