We are looking for a partner; could be freelancer or company to build a concrete5 add-on / module to administer a mediabank.

The mediabank should have editable categories and items. The admin's should be able to upload/add items to a category.

Let's say an image should be added to the category Images. The source preview file (JPG or PNG) is selected for upload (large resolution) and is resized to a small thumb, a bigger thumb and a larger version (for zoom/pan in frontend). A title (textual) is specified, a description (textual), keywords (comma separated for search in frontend) and upload different formats of the image file are attached e.g. AI, PSD, EPS etcetera.

Something similar for video but then still image, preview video (flv, f4v) + the textual fields + including different formats (MOV, MPEG).

Something similar for audio but then a sample in mp3 + the textual fields + including different formats (WAV, AIFF)

Possible formats should be editable per category

Media should have a visible, invisible or deleted status

The add-on should provide

- an overview of all media in the bank
- filter option
- search option
- add option (as described)
- edit option (similar to add)
- update status from overview
