Looking for freelancer or company

Looking for freelancer or company which can 'copy' the base lines of our current website to the Supermint 3 theme, and adding all existing current pages and content. Making a complete new theme is also all right, as long as the base lines are similar.

Kindly note an invoice is required if freelancer or company within EU.
