Looking for individual or agency to take on my customers

I have a couple of customers who I've built sites for in the last years that I no longer can justify the time on. I've managed everything from the build to the hosting and am looking to pass this on.
The reason is not because they do not earn me anything because they do. It is more due to the fact that I started a separate business last year, have now a young family and work full time too. Therefore, it is more important for me to spend time with my family.
I am keen to assess options to then introduce and hand over so I would welcome messages from those who are interested.
