Looking for some styling help with a responsive design

Right now the navigation pops behind the logo when you shrink the browser window and the sub navigation does as well.. It's also not letting me delete or edit the logo for some reason..

Viewing the site with chrome on my android the sub nav seems to pop out and work fine. As far as the main nav, have you tried adding any margin or padding to lower it below the logo?
